Surface roughness perfection by CAM interpolations

چکیده
The surface quality of the parts is one major objectives use high-speed milling (HSM). Tool path interpolations affect machining operation complex in HSM. In this paper, influence different types interpolation computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) on roughness HSM free forms studied. To do this, a simulation tool texture for each type proposed. Then, experimental measurements expressing surfaces condition are carried out. validate our approach, theoretical results with ones compared. As results, CAM paths have demonstrated an important impact texture. fact, prediction has confirmed advantages using polynomial order to ameliorate machined surface.
